3D Crush Chrono — Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the 3D Crush Chrono mobile application published by App2Niche. By installing or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Access and minimum age

The app is intended for people aged 13 and over. Minors must obtain the agreement of a parent or guardian, in particular for in-app purchases.

3. The game

3D Crush Chrono is a puzzle game: the player matches candies inside a three-dimensional cube to score as many points as possible within a limited time. Scores may be published on a public leaderboard under the nickname chosen by the player.

4. Nickname and leaderboard

The nickname is public. It must not be abusive, discriminatory or misleading, nor infringe the rights of third parties. We may change or remove a nickname or a score that breaches these rules, or that was obtained by cheating or technical manipulation, without notice.

5. Virtual currencies, boosters and in-app purchases

• Coins, gold bars and boosters are virtual goods with no monetary value, usable only inside the app. They cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred.
• In-app purchases (gold bars, “Remove ads”) are made through Google Play or the App Store, which handle payment and invoicing. Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes in the store's currency.
• In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately with your consent. Refund requests follow Google Play's or Apple's rules.
• The “Remove ads” purchase is linked to your app store account and can be restored on your other devices from Shop → Restore my purchases.
• Purchases are stored on the device and with the store; uninstalling the app may result in the loss of unspent coins, gold bars and boosters.

6. Advertising

The app displays ads provided by Google AdMob, unless the “Remove ads” option has been purchased. Rewarded videos are optional and grant an in-game bonus.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its graphics, sounds, texts and software are protected by copyright and belong to App2Niche or its licensors. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, decompilation or exploitation is prohibited.

8. Availability and liability

The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation nor the permanent accuracy of the leaderboard. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages, the loss of local data or the unavailability of third-party services (stores, advertising, hosting).

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access to the leaderboard in the event of a breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; consumers may use, free of charge, a French consumer mediator or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
